Description
This series is designed to assist teachers in the implementation of an outcomes based approach to the teaching of Humanities. The series explores various environmental aspects with a strong emphasis on school environmental concerns with a community focus. The series is divided into five sections including land, air, water, energy and waste, each of which contains activities which provide practical experiences in focusing on and monitoring environmental concerns within the community. Titles in the series include:

Our Environment Book 1: Land has activities that focus on types of land regions, land use, bushland, swampland, forestry, national parks and gardens.
