]]> Please Note: The hard copy version of the Oceans Alive Resource Book is not full colour like the ebook. The ebook file is a large 7mb file. A great resource for the library. The Oceans Alive Resource Book contains over 60 pages with illustrated sections and contains just about everything to do with the ocean! Sections include ocean industries such as pearling and mining, ocean features such as tsunamis, waves, tides and icebergs and ocean exploration using submersibles.

Half of the book is devoted to pages on the wonderful creatures that live in the sea, ranging from tide pool crustaceans to coral reef plants and fish to monsters of the very deep sea. A careful selection of educational ocean websites has also been included. The Oceans Alive Resource Book is part of the Activities for Young Learners Series and is designed to be used with the Oceans Alive Activities Book (BLM).
